Why is the drug so easily available Monuralsince it has been discontinued?

I've heard that Monural is completely discontinued, why is it so easy and widely available?

Monural is not completely phased out. In June 2020, Monural 2 grams was withdrawn because it was considered that the benefit-risk ratio was not sufficiently positive in patients for whom the drug was intended at this dose. You can still
buy Monural in a dose of 3 grams:
