Yes, you can. These medicines do not have clinically relevant interactions with each other that would preclude their combined use.

However, due to the fact that all of the above-mentioned drugs are prescription drugs, I also encourage you to inform your doctor about all the medications and dietary supplements you are using, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
