Hello, for 8 months I have been taking beto zk 25 that due to paroxysmal tachycardia, the heart has calmed down, if the heart is healthy and the tachycardia is on a nervous background, can this drug harm the heart ? Should I stop?

If there is a suspicion that cardiac ailments are nervous in nature (related to e.g. panic/anxiety attacks), you should see a psychiatrist who will assess the legitimacy of such concerns. I assume that Beto ZK was implemented after cardiac tests were performed to assess the functioning of the heart. Do not discontinue the drug without consulting your doctor, and it is best to seek advice from a cardiologist.
