Hello, I had a recurrence of sciatica and I wanted to ask if I can combine Pabi-Dexamethason (4mg) anti-inflammatory, skudexe (75mg+25mg) and sirdalud (4mg) and at night? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Such a combination is not recommended. If, despite everything, you decide to use these drugs together, you should observe your body's reaction, and if you experience any worrying symptoms, consult a doctor.
The combination of Sirdalud and Skudexa increases the risk of symptoms such as drowsiness, impaired concentration, dizziness - using these drugs at night may be a desirable effect, but it is worth being careful, e.g. when getting up at night to go to the toilet (there is an increased risk of falling).
The combination of Dexamethasone and Skudexa can be dangerous for people with stomach and duodenal diseases - there is an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Therefore, caution should be exercised and if blood is observed in the stool, consult a doctor.
