Hello, I mixed up the bottles and used old sea water on my 3 year old daughter. The water has been steady since the first use for half a year. Can anything happen.

Symptoms such m.in as a change in the color of the nasal discharge from clear to greenish, nosebleeds, low-grade fever or fever, nasal pain, as well as headaches, may be alarming.

A single use of old seawater (half a year from the first use) is unlikely to have a negative impact on your child's health. It's a good idea to clean your nose with new isotonic seawater, and seek medical help if you have any worrying symptoms.
