Hello.
I had intercourse for the day (in the evening of the previous day) before getting diarrhoea (stool 5 times a day, one stool an hour after taking the pill) and I use the Slinda single-ingredient contraceptive pill (at 9:00 a.m. Can I be pregnant? I didn't take an extra pill later that day. I'm halfway through the pack. Do I need to use additional protection for 7 days after this incident? I would like to add that during diarrhea I consumed Smecta and Nifruxazide.

The effectiveness of hormonal contraception may be impaired by diarrhoea (at least 3 excessively loose stools) within 3-4 hours of taking the pill. This is due to the fact that intestinal transit is significantly accelerated and the possibility of absorption of the tablet is reduced.
In this situation, there is a risk of pregnancy. It is recommended to use additional contraceptive methods, such as condoms, for the first 7 days after the onset of diarrhoea. After 10 days of intercourse, it is worth taking a pregnancy test, which you can buy at the pharmacy.
I've included links to websites where you can compare the prices of sample pregnancy tests in online pharmacies and order them with pickup at the pharmacy or home delivery:
