Usually, these symptoms are transient and disappear during the first 10-30 days of therapy.
According to the manufacturer:
"The most commonly reported side effects in patients using tadalafil to treat erectile dysfunction or benign prostatic hyperplasia are headache, indigestion, back pain and muscle pain. The incidence increased with increasing tadalafil dose.
The reported adverse reactions were transient and usually mild to moderate in severity."
