Is the drug Finospir Can It Be Used For High Testosterone?
Good morning, after visiting an endocrinologist and finding high testosterone, I was prescribed the drug finospir 100mg twice a day and I have a question, in the leaflet there is nothing about high testosterone for the use of the drug, does this drug have such uses?

Spironolactone (the active ingredient in Finospir) is sometimes used as an off-label treatment for high testosterone levels in women. Spironolactone blocks androgen receptors and reduces testosterone production, thanks to which it helps to cope with the symptoms of high testosterone levels in women, such as acne, hirsutism, menstrual cycle disorders, decreased libido, mood swings, androgenetic alopecia or weight gain.
