Are there interactions between Doexepin and Fevarin ?

Hello, the doctor prescribed me for anxiety neurosis fevarvin 50mg in the morning and doxepin 25 mg in the evening, will there be no side effects and interection between these two drugs despite the time interval ?

The combination of both medicines increases the effects of doxepin and increases the risk of serious side effects. Cardiac arrhythmias and the so-called serotonin syndrome can be particularly dangerous. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is necessary to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time and, if so, whether there is a need to change the instructions on how to administer them.

In case of pain in the area of the heart, irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, fainting, agitation, convulsions, high temperature, high blood pressure - urgent consultation with a doctor is necessary.
