Ipres long is a non-reimbursed preparation from 01.01.2024. The drug lost its reimbursement after the publication of a new list of reimbursable drugs.
The drug can only be dispensed from a pharmacy for full payment to the patient. Possible issuance of substitutes for the preparation may take place only for a fee.
If the drug has so far been prescribed at a discount for the patient, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. A doctor may prescribe a medicine that is on the list of reimbursable medicines and on the list of medicines free of charge for people over 65 years of age.
