Can I reduce the dose of Metypred if I have high pulse and blood pressure?

Due to polyps in my nose, the ENT doctor prescribed me metypred 16 mg for 14 days. For 7 days I have to take 2 tablets at 8 am and 1 tablet at 12 noon. Later, over the following days, the dose is to be gradually reduced. After the first day in the afternoon my blood pressure rose to 160/95 and it did not decrease despite taking medication for high blood pressure (cazaprol). My heart rate also increased to 100 beats. Or do you need to reduce the dose of metapride?

Do not reduce your dose without talking to your doctor.

If you notice any side effects, you should report them to your doctor, who will decide what to do next.
You can find out why you should report adverse drug reactions here:

If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
