Can Metex cause diarrhoea, visual disturbances, abdominal pain and nausea and lack of appetite?

Hello, I have been taking metex 25 mg for 2 months, after administration I have diarrhea, nosebleeds, stomach pain, nausea, lack of appetite, vision problems, I have not had such problems with methotrexate tablets (in total I have been taking methotrexate for over 2 years) is it possible that the side effects have appeared now? I have a doctor in 3 months

Diarrhoea, nosebleeds, visual disturbances, abdominal pain and nausea, and lack of appetite may be side effects of Metex.
Any side effects you notice should be reported to your doctor as soon as possible, additional tests may be necessary. Certainly, these symptoms should not be underestimated. The risk of side effects increases with the duration of treatment, so it is possible that side effects have only now appeared.

If you notice any side effects, you should report them to your doctor, who will decide what to do next.
