Can Trittico XR and Sumamed be combined?

I want to inquire about taking Trittico XR and Sumamed at the same time. Trittico has been taking for two months at a dose of 1/2 tablet. However, today I took one tablet of Sumamed. A moment ago, by accident, I found out that these drugs should not be combined. Should I be afraid of any reactions? And what should I possibly put aside

Combining these drugs carries the risk of arrhythmias. However, not everyone has this symptom.
