I was given the antibiotic Klarmin by the doctor today. I take one pill in the morning. Later I read that it can't be combined with Bixebra (I take 2.5 mg), I don't know whether to stop the antibiotic. or maybe discontinue Bixebre. However, can I take both medications?

First of all, any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug or medications, should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition in detail. You can read more about it here:

The use of both drugs at the same time leads to an increase in the effects of Bixebra and its side effects. You may experience visual disturbance m.in s, nausea, diarrhoea, fluctuations in blood pressure, excessive slowing of the heart rate and abnormal heart rhythms.
If the doctor who prescribed the antibiotic was not informed that you are taking other medicines, a consultation is necessary to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time. Please do not stop taking medication on your own.
If you experience pain in the area of the heart, too slow or irregular heart rhythm, shortness of breath, fainting or other worrying symptoms, please contact your doctor. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
