How to use activated carbon? Should I take it if I ate a cake with mold?

I ate a piece of cake covered with mold (a piece without mold, only the top of the cake was moldy, which I immediately threw away), at the moment I'm fine, but can I take activated charcoal as a preventive measure? If so, at what dose and on how many days?

Activated charcoal is mainly used to treat poisoning, where its ability to absorb toxins can help reduce the body's absorption of harmful substances. However, it is not recommended for prophylactic use without specific medical indications.

The use of activated charcoal without a specific medical purpose can lead to unwanted side effects and disruption of the absorption of certain nutrients. In addition, the prophylactic use of activated charcoal is not an effective means of cleansing the body of toxins in the long run. If you have specific symptoms of poisoning - then use charcoal in the amount of about 4-6 capsules a day.
