What preparations for hypertension do not dilate blood vessels?
Hello, I would like to know if there are groups of hypertension drugs that lower blood pressure but do not dilate blood vessels at the same time? I suffer from a severe form of rosacea, I don't want to make my hellishly red skin even worse. Would diuretics, for example, be a better option? Maybe something else? Will I also find something over-the-counter that I can use as a supportive measure without worrying about vasodilation? Thank you for your reply.
