What time should I take Tamoxifen-Egis if I am taking other medications?

Hello
I am taking the following medications:

Biocardiol 5mg ×1 - 10:00 Sorbifer Durules 100mg fe + 60mg - 10:00 Pralex 10mg x1 - 20:00 Glucophage XR 500 x1- 22:30 Singulair 10mg - 1x - 22:30

Starting today, I am starting treatment with Tamoxifen-Egis 20mg and would like to take the medicine in the evening? If I take it at 9:00 p.m., will it be okay? An hour after pralex and an hour and a half before two other medications.

Please let me know, for which I would like to thank you very much.

At the outset, it is important to note that all of the medicines mentioned in the question are only available with a prescription, so please follow your doctor's dosage instructions.

If you are concerned about this situation, it is always a good idea to consult a doctor who can give you more personalized advice. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:

As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
Tamoxifen does not interact with the other drugs listed and should be taken with food.

So if you eat a meal at 9 p.m., you can take the medication at that time, if not, I suggest you take it earlier, e.g. together with dinner.

I've included additional information that you may find helpful:
