Can Asertin be used together with Ranofren?

I have been prescribed Asertin and Ranofren. I have to take Asertin in the morning and Ranofren also in the morning and evening. Can I take Asertin with Ranophrene at once in the morning?

Concomitant use of these drugs is not indicated.

Taking both medicines at the same time may increase the effects of the olanzapine in Ranofren and increase the risk of side effects.

Symptoms such as increased appetite and weight gain, dizziness, cardiac arrhythmias, drops in blood pressure manifested especially when changing the body position from lying down to standing, constipation, dry mouth, may occur.

Please pay particular attention to the occurrence of the above symptoms.

If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is advisable to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time and, if so, whether there is a need to change the recommendations on how to administer them.
