How can I go back to the Naraya pills I took before pregnancy?

Hello, I'm taking Limetic pills after pregnancy but I would like to go back to the naraya that I took before, how can I do it ?

Contact your gynaecologist to determine if you are allowed to take combined tablets (Naraya) instead of single-ingredient tablets (Limetic). You probably had, and perhaps still have, contraindications to the Naraya combination pills. Do not change your form of contraception yourself.

Technically, switching from progestin-only pills to a contraceptive such as Naraya can take place at any time, but it is recommended to use additional contraceptive products (e.g. condoms) for the first 7 days of taking the pills.
