Can I take missed doses of Elicea and Escitalopram?

Hello. I've been on escitalopram for over a year now. I've forgotten about these medications for the last two days and I'm feeling worse. I also developed the so-called Brain zaps (a feeling of discharge of electricity in the brain and body characteristic of missed doses or discontinuation of antidepressants). More specifically, I take Elicea 10 mg in the morning. Today I also forgot my medication and I feel terrible, I feel like I'm going to die, hence my question: can I take the missed dose now in the evening or wait until morning?
