Can combining Trittico, Pregabalin and Concor Cor cause blood pressure spikes?

Hello, can I take concor cor 1.25 with trittico 300mg in the evening and pragabalin 75mg 3x a day
I got it because of blood pressure spikes on previous medications (escitalopram and hydroxyzine) Now I'm jumping again but other medications and I don't know if they interact

The combination of Trittico, Pregabalin and Concor Cor does not usually cause blood pressure spikes.

Blood pressure spikes may occur in the initial period (first 2-4 weeks) of use of Trittico and Pregabalin.

This combination increases the risk of symptoms such as drowsiness, impaired concentration, headaches and dizziness.
If you are experiencing blood pressure spikes, it is a good idea to measure your blood pressure regularly and record the results and present them to your doctor at a follow-up visit. You may need to change your medication dosage.
