Hello. She is already taking her second blister of contraceptive pills with a 7-day break. Already in the first month, I was nauseous every day, which was also reflected in the side effects. Now I'm in the process of taking the second blister, and I have 5 tablets left to go.. However, I had shortness of breath three times a few hours after taking the pill. I've already been given other pills by the doctor, but could I start a break for bleeding right now without taking these 5 pills, especially if I have shortness of breath. Please reply

You can skip these 5 tablets and start taking new pills right away without taking a break. In this situation, withdrawal bleeding will only occur after you have finished taking the tablets from the new pack. Contraceptive protection will remain maintained (in the case of the combined pill).
