'This medicinal product should be used with caution in patients with hepatic impairment. The lowest effective doses should be used in these patients."
"Caution is required in patients with a history of hypertension and/or heart failure, as fluid retention and oedema have been reported in association with NSAID treatment."
To sum up: in the described case, Nalgesin should be used in the smallest, effective doses, and the treatment should not be long-term.
