Is there an interaction between quetiapine and amisulpride?
Can using both drugs at the same time cause arrhythmias?

The use of amisulpride together with quetiapine may increase the risk of irregular heart rhythm, which can be potentially life-threatening. This is a rare side effect.
You may be more susceptible to this interaction if you have a heart condition called congenital long QT syndrome, other heart conditions, conduction disorders, or electrolyte imbalances (for example, loss of magnesium or potassium due to severe or prolonged diarrhea or vomiting).
If you experience any worrying symptoms, you should contact the doctor who prescribed the medication.
Do not stop treatment on your own.
