Roticox may reduce the hypotensive (lowering blood pressure) effects of Betaxolol, Trifas and Tritace. In addition, Roticox used concomitantly with Tritace has an additive effect on increasing serum potassium levels, which may result in deterioration of renal function. Trifas increases the risk of acute urinary distress with Roticox. If Roticox is necessary, it is recommended that you monitor your blood pressure regularly, keep you hydrated and monitor your kidney function after, during and after treatment.

In addition, taking Roticox with Xarelto may increase the risk of bleeding. If you are at risk of developing gastrointestinal ulcers, appropriate prophylactic treatment may be necessary.

In summary, you should only use Roticox with these medicines if necessary and under the supervision of a doctor who has been informed about what other medicines you are already taking and what additional conditions you have. You should strictly follow the dosage schedule agreed with your doctor.
