Good morning
She has been taking Pregabalin (about 4 months) and thiogamme (thiogamma for about 2 weeks). I've been having trouble sleeping for about a week now, I can't sleep until 5 a.m. and wake up at 9 a.m. Is it possible that thiogamma affects my sleep?

This is not a typical side effect of Thiogamma. The combination of Pregabalin and Thiogamma also does not cause this type of effect.
Although no studies have been conducted in this direction, theoretically, the thioctinic acid contained in Thiogamma may affect the length and quality of sleep, as this substance interferes with many metabolic processes in the body.
If the symptom persists or gets worse, it is worth consulting a doctor. You may need to change your treatment or change the dose of Thiogamma.
