Can you use Ketonal with Hydroxyzine?

Hello. Can I take Ketonal active when I take hydroxyzine every night? Around midnight, I take hydroxyzine (before bed). I had a sinus headache this morning and I'm not sure if I can take any pain medication. Do they interact in any way?
