Concomitant use of beta-blockers (e.g. bisoprolol, the active ingredient in Bisolich) with opipramol may lead to a change in plasma concentrations of both medicines. Therefore, if you experience any worrying side effects during therapy, e.g. excessively low blood pressure, you should report it to your doctor, who will make appropriate changes to your treatment.
