Hello, I've been taking polpril for 13 days, after about 2 days my stomach started to hurt, I burp, and I have heartburn. He has been taking ortanol for 4 days (no improvement so far). Do take the drug further and the side effects will pass. Should I see a doctor?

Take Ortanol in the morning, swallow whole with half a glass
water. Its therapeutic effect of inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid should appear after a maximum of 2 hours.
Stomach pain and indigestion are common side effects of Polpril. To minimize them, the drug should be used with a meal. Heartburn, on the other hand, is an uncommon side effect. It affects up to one in a hundred patients treated with Polpril.
If, despite following these rules, the ailments do not go away, we should contact a doctor. The specialist will decide on further treatment.
Both Ortanol and Polpril can be booked at the pharmacy of your choice using our portal.
