Is there a possibility that the Depo-Provera injection was given incorrectly?

Today I took an injection of depo provera, but I am afraid that it was given incorrectly (the midwife did not shake the vial, but waved it as she was already drawing into the syringe, and two, after drawing it into the syringe, she presses the preparation to rise to the tip of the syringe, and at this point I saw how some of the preparation flew out on the floor...
Is there a possibility that this would be a bad pass?

To @Agnieszka:

If you have concerns about the correct administration of the Depo-Provera injection, I encourage you to consult your doctor who will be able to assess the situation.

As for inserting a contraceptive device, the decision to insert it should also be discussed with your doctor. Your doctor can assess your current medical situation and the circumstances surrounding your previous injection. It's also a good idea to discuss any concerns or questions you may have about contraception with your doctor so that you can receive the most appropriate and effective health care.

Can I put an IUD in place after an injection that seems to be given incorrectly?

Depo-Provera is a suspension for injection. Shake the vial until a homogeneous suspension is obtained prior to injection. What you describe as "pushing the preparation to rise to the tip of the syringe" is probably venting the needle. I can convey this information from a pharmaceutical point of view. On the other hand, it is very difficult to assess the correctness of the preparation and administration of the drug solely on the basis of your testimony. If you have any doubts, it is best to talk about it with the person who administered the medicine or with the person supervising their work.

I am attaching additional information about Depo-Provera:
