I forgot a tablet. Take them otherwise given in the evening 22:00. I made up for the forgotten tablet the next day around 15:00. The next day, I noticeably ovurated and bleeded. Should I be worried about getting pregnant?

If you delay taking your tablet by more than 12 hours, you should use an additional method of contraception (condom) for another 7 days. If you have had intercourse during this time (and in the few days before you forget to take a tablet), you should consider becoming pregnant. It is difficult to assess how high the risk of accidental conception is. The reduction in contraceptive effectiveness is greater the more often you forget to take your medicine. Mid-cycle bleeding is quite common when using hormonal contraception and does not indicate the presence of ovulation.
The name of the drug was not mentioned in the question, but you did mark the tag 'Zafrilla'. Zafrilla is used to treat endometriosis - it is not used as a contraceptive. You should use condoms while taking this preparation.
