Hello. Can I combine asertin and trittico with contrahist or with hitaxa?

Both Hitaxa and Contrahist do not interact with Trittico or Asertin.
The problem arises when combining Assertin and Trittico alone.
The use of both drugs at the same time may increase the side effects of trazodone, which is an ingredient in Trittico.
The risk of developing a serious disorder known as serotonin syndrome increases. These include neuromuscular dysfunction, kidney failure, seizures, restlessness, hallucinations, agitation, high fever, high blood pressure, diarrhoea, nausea, tachycardia, chills, increased sweating and vomiting.
If both medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, you should consult your doctor for further treatment. I would like to point out that you should not give up any medication on your own without consulting your doctor.
