Response to treatment is individual. However, it is possible that the use of Vines pills will exacerbate the process of excessive hair loss.
The direct cause of androgenetic alopecia is considered to be hypersensitivity of hair follicles to androgens - male sex hormones, mainly dihydrotestosterone (DHT) - a compound formed from testosterone under the influence of the 5α-reductase enzyme, which weakens hair follicles, contributing to alopecia. Taking into account the way hair loss occurs, people struggling with the problem of androgenetic alopecia should avoid preparations containing compounds with androgenic effects. This effect may be exerted by, m.in, progestins included in combined contraceptives - in the case of Vines pills - gestoden.
If you notice excessive hair loss while using Vines, you should consult a gynecologist. You may need to change your contraceptive.
