Yes, there are no contraindications to the use of gelatin and Structum.
Gelatin works for joints thanks to the amino acids it contains – proline and hydroxyproline, which support the reconstruction of connective tissue. Gelatin relieves pain in connective tissue diseases, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis. It also strengthens muscles and bones.
