Can I give a 2 year old child Bronchipret TE?

Good morning. I have a two-year-old on board, I wanted to get advice because I don't have the strength anymore, for two weeks we have a cough and nothing helps, and a runny nose. I went to the doctor yesterday, the doctor did not recommend anything, the cough has been getting worse for a few days and it is only at night and in the morning, can I give my child Bronchipret TE ? He said that I could give him herbapect but it didn't help and the child when he coughs he sometimes vomits his mouth and nose. Auscultation is clean

Yes, there are no contraindications to the use of Bronchipret TE syrup. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and aseptic properties. The dosage for a 2-year-old is 3.2ml 3 times a day. There are also no contraindications to giving the syrup in the evening, but not immediately before bedtime.
