If you have not had intercourse without protection (without a condom) in the last 7 days, you can stop taking the pills on the 9th day of use. If intercourse has taken place in recent days, it would be advisable to finish the blister.
If you stop taking the drug, you will probably experience bleeding or spotting due to a drop in hormone levels. It usually lasts up to 5-6 days and is a normal symptom.
