How do I switch from Naraya Plus to Loette and will the protection be maintained?

When to start a new pack of birth control pills?

I'm going to change my tablets from Naraya Plus 0.02mg Ethinylestradiolum + 3mg Drospirenonum (24+4) to LOETTE 28 100ug levonorgestrel + 20um ethinylestradiol (21+7).

Should I start a new pack after taking the placebo tablets from the previous pack?

To maintain protection, you can start the first Loette blister immediately after the last active (24th tablet) of Naraya Plus or after the last tablet (4th white) - which is when you would normally start a new pack of Naraya Plus.

In both cases, protection will be maintained and there is no need to use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom.
