Is it possible to combine Asentra and Trittico and use herbs such as linden, nettle, juniper, echinacea and knotweed?

Is it possible to use Asentra and Trittico at the same time together with a herbal preparation with the following herbs: linden flower, nettle herb, juniper fruit, purple coneflower herb, knotweed herb? If not, how long do you have to wait after taking the herbs?

Caution should be exercised when Asentry and Trittico are used concomitantly. This combination may result in increased blood levels of Trittico and increased side effects. The risk of serotonin syndrome also increases.

Serotonin syndrome is manifested by, m.in, confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which include:
1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and pupil dilation. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tension. Therefore, if you notice these types of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on your next course of action.

However, there are no contraindications to combining these drugs with herbs such as linden flower, nettle herb, juniper fruit, echinacea herb, knotweed herb. It is worth taking these herbs gradually, not all at once, and observe the body's reaction.
