Should I take an extra Vibin mini tablet if I vomit about 4.5 hours after taking the medicine?

Good morning, I take Vibin mini tablets at 20. Yesterday (30.09) I took at 20 the second tablet from the new blister. Unfortunately, too much alcohol made me vomit around 00:20. Has the effectiveness of contraception been maintained? Do I need to take an extra tablet? Please reply.

Since more than 3-4 hours have passed since taking the tablet, the drug has already been absorbed and its effectiveness is preserved. There is no need to take an additional tablet.
