If after Orgametril I had heavy and painful bleeding, will it be so after the change to Sylvie 20?
Can I have a painful menstrual period after Sylvie 20 tablets? By nature, I do not feel them at all, but after Orgametril, which I used to extend the cycle, I had terribly heavy, painful bleeding and I am afraid that after the tablets it will be the same.

It is difficult to predict what will be the reaction of your body to the supply of hormones contained in Sylvie 20 tablets.
If after the first 2-3 cycles of using Sylvie bleeding was heavy and painful, then you should consult a gynecologist consider using another method of contraception.
