Is it possible to take Dorminox for insomnia with Ketrel, Piramil and Forxiga?

Good morning. Can an elderly person who takes medicines such as Ketrel, Piramil, Forxigra be given Dorminox?. An elderly person does not sleep all night, but sleeps during the day.

This combination can be used, but can lead to worsening of symptoms such as drowsiness and impaired concentration during the day.

Perhaps it is worth consulting a doctor and informing him about insomnia problems. You may need to change your Ketrel dosage.
