Side effects with Mysimba include nausea, headache and dizziness m.in. There may also be lethargy, impaired concentration. For a full description of all side effects and their frequency, see the package leaflet supplied with Mysimba. Adverse reactions occurring at the beginning of therapy are mild and self-limiting. It is described that, for example, nausea disappears in most patients by 4 weeks of treatment. The described side effects may occur after as little as 1 tablet.
