Blood electrolytes should be monitored regularly and cardiologist visits should be made regularly.
According to the manufacturer of Triplixam:
"If a reduced potassium concentration is detected, the deficiency should be compensated. Hypokalaemia occurring in association with low serum magnesium levels may cause resistance to treatment unless serum magnesium is corrected."
Here you can compare the prices of sample products with magnesium and potassium and order them with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy:

Triplixam can lower sodium and potassium levels and increase calcium.
However, I would recommend measuring the level of electrolytes in the blood before supplementation, because excess potassium in the blood can also sometimes give similar symptoms.
