Can I combine Biofenac with Neoparin, Plavix, Beto and Polpril?

Good morning, can Biofenac 100 mg be used while taking Neoparin injections i.Plavix 75 mg, Polpril 5mg, BETO 25 ZK?

BIofenac should only be taken while taking Neoparin, Plavix, Polpril and Beto if it has been prescribed by a doctor who has been informed of all the medicines you are taking.
Biofenac may potentiate the anticoagulant effect. Simultaneous use of it with Plavix and Neoparin should be carried out under medical supervision. The active substance of Biofenac - aceclofenac may reduce the effect of antihypertensive drugs (Polpril, Beto). When using such a combination, it is worth taking regular blood pressure measurements.
