What can be the reason for pain after orgasm?

Pain after orgasm, I have been taking diana-35 tablets for 3 years, the first time I did not take a break for 3 months. Skipping a withdrawal break can lead to overstimulation of the endometrium by hormones contained in active tablets and the occurrence of side effects. I would recommend taking a break for withdrawal bleeding, and if the pain persists, then consult a gynecologist.
