When is the best time to do a blood pregnancy test?
Hello question from a friend when is the best time to do a blood pregnancy test, the last intercourse I had 20 days ago, menstruation, I had normal use of birth control pills, but I am still afraid that I can be pregnant and wants to do a test that will give me 100% certainty how many days after intercourse is best to do or immediately after menstruation I will add that after menstruation there was no intercourse

A blood test can be done as early as 10 days after intercourse, after which fertilization may have occurred. Doctors, however, recommend waiting until the day of the expected menstruation. The concentration of the hormone b-hCG increases day by day up to maximum values between 8 and 10 weeks.
