Can I sometimes feel chest pain with Triplixam?
About a year I take tripilaxam. My blood pressure is good and my pulse is good, but sometimes I feel a slight pain in my chest, whether it could be due to taking the medicine.

I am afraid that for diagnostic purposes you should consult a doctor. Chest pain, even mild and occasional, is not a typical side effect of Triplixam, so if you observe these symptoms, it is worth telling your doctor.
