I had a Kyleen insert on, and after a month a check showed that the IUD had lowered. I had to remove the system. Does it make sense to try mirena? I would like an effective method and I am also thinking about a subcutaneous implant, but I am a little afraid, due to the possibility of moving it

To @ Isabella:
In the case of adenomyosis and stage IV deep infiltrating endometriosis, it is important to consult a doctor for individual advice on the treatment and care of Mirena. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

To prevent Mirena shifts, it is recommended to avoid actions that may affect the pad displacement, such as:
- strenuous physical exertion that can affect the pelvic area
- Coughing, intense abdominal muscle tightening, or lifting heavy objects can increase abdominal pressure
Also, visit your doctor regularly to thoroughly assess Mirena's location and see if she is still in place.
How do you prevent Mirena from shifting? I have adenomyosis and deep infiltrating endometriosis IV st, what should I do to get it in place? Can coughing move it?
In October I was putting on an IUD (it's my first IUD) and I wanted it to be Kyleena, but the gynecologist advised me against it due to the fact that I was giving birth (I have one daughter and the birth was over 8 years ago) and it could fall out, Mirene advised me because she is bigger than Kyleena. I put Mirene on, after a month I was checked and the IUD didn't move, everything was ok.
The implant is crap. The bleeding is terrible, very long, I unfortunately have a bad experience after 6 months I took it out. The gynaecologist said that she said she was more pronunciating than she was putting on. Scamming women.

It is highly likely that in the case of Mirena it will also be lowered and the situation with the need to remove the insert will be repeated. The implant is an effective and safe form of contraception. Properly applied, it does not move and provides protection for approx. 5 years.
