Hydroxyzine and Mirtagen can be used on an ad hoc basis if such recommendations have been given by the prescriber. QT prolongation, torsade de pointes ventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia and sudden death have been reported with both medicines. Therefore, special care should be taken when taking Hydroxyzine and Myrtle together, and any observed side effects such as palpitations, dizziness or fainting should be reported to the doctor.
