No, the use of oregano oil should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to its embrotoxicity. In animal studies, this oil has shown harmful effects on cell nuclei and increased rate of cell death. This was only seen at very high doses, but without further information it is recommended to avoid oregano oil.
